NexGen AI provides AI-assisted chat, image generation, and dedicated AI server rentals as described by the active product.
2. Credit usage and limits
Plans may include usage limits tracked by the application. Current limits and product behavior should be kept consistent with the billing configuration.
3. Payment and plans
Payment processing is handled through the configured Stripe integration. Final recurring-payment language should match the actual production billing model.
4. Data and AI outputs
AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring use is appropriate for their context.
5. Limitation of liability
